Biography
He works on the establishment and formalization of businesses in Panama, and on the real estate and corporate transactions that sustain them. His practice includes the formation of corporations and foundations, mergers, spin offs and asset purchases, with additional work in condominium law, intellectual property and public procurement. He holds a Law and Political Science Degree from USMA, with a Master's in Commercial Law from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
